Dickinson Adult Detention Center

The Dickinson Adult Detention Center is designated as a Class One facility meeting the classification requirements of NDCC 12-44.1-09 and 12-44.01-24(4) and, is found to be free of any known violation of North Dakota Jail Laws or Rules and, is certified, by the State of North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, to be in compliance with the intent of all such Laws and Rules. As a Class One facility, inmates/residents can be housed at DADC for up to one year.

DADC has a secure outdoor recreation area, provides weekly library and religious services for those who meet the criteria. These needs are addressed on an individual basis and/or with placement agencies.

 

District Court is held at the following times (unless it is a holiday, then it will be held the day after):

Monday       1:30 pm MT Time 

Wednesday 10:30 am MT Time

Friday         10:00 am MT Time

*Court paperwork must be signed & received from the courthouse before bonds can be taken or residents can be released. Please allow at least two hours after the completion of court before inquiring on the results from court.
